Lower Dolpa Trek - 25 days

Fly to Nepaljung and tranfer to a hotel in Nepalgunj for an overnight. Next day morning fly to Jumla. You will walk from Jumla to Dunai using old migration route to the east or follow the higher route from Hurikot to Kagmara pass ((5115m) and then travel north Ringmo. If weather is nice you may traverse via Kagmara la to Phoksindhu-lake. There is beautiful view from the pass. Phoksindhu lake (3658m) is part of Shey Phoksundo National Park; it was established in 1984. It is a beautiful alpine lake perched in the corner of the surrounding mountain range. Cross two high pass Baga la (5090m) and Numa la (5190m) to reach Tarap valley on the eastern side. Do Tarap have two major gompas ? Bon po and Buddhist - and chorten (Buddhist stupa). It is fairly large village with cultivated land. Most of the inhabitants are Magar, one of the major ethnic groups of Nepal, but their dialect and culture is Tibetan. Walk down to Tarakot through narrow valley made by Tarap-Khola (river) and continues the journey to Dunai and Juphal. Fly from Juphal to Nepaljung. Drive by bus to Kathmandu.

Day 03: Fly to Nepaljung , tranfer to Hotel, O/n at Nepalgunj Hotel
Day 04: Fly to Jumla (2317m)
Day 05: Gothichaur (2700m)
Day 06: Naphu Khona (3080m) 
Day 07: Below Barburi Lagna (3658m)
Day 08: Hurikot (2745m)
Day 09: Toysen
Day 10: Kagmara (High camp)
Day 11: Cross Kagmara (5115m) and descend to Lasen
Day 12: Ringmo (3600m)
Day 13: Phoksindhu (3658m)
Day 14: Cross Bagala (5090m) & Numala (5190m)
Day 15: Extra day for weather.
Day 16: Do Tarap (4040m)
Day 17: Poyon Khola or Serkam
Day 18: Lahini (3200m)
Day 19: Tarakot (2600m) 
Day 20: Dunai (2150m)
Day 21: Juphal (2400m)
Day 22: Fly to Nepaljung. Travel to Kathmandu
Day 23: In Kathmandu, free day
Day 24: In Kathmandu, free day
Day 25: Transfer to airport, depart Kathmandu
