Lhasa & Everest Base Camp Tour – 10 days

Lhasa & Everest Base Camp Tour – 10 days

Lhasa & Everest Base camp tour is one of the most popular tours in Tibet. The tour cover a visit to Everest base camp and overland drive through Lhasa, Gyantse and Shigatse. They are three oldest and biggest cities in Tibet. You can say they are relics in it. This tour includes sightseeing of most prominent, historical and religious sites in Tibet - Potala Palace and Jokhang Temple, and visit to Drepung, Sera, Gyantse kumbum and Tashi Lhunpho monastery. These most prominent monasteries in Tibet are cultural center of Tibet. The emerald blue Yamdrok Lake is natural wonder. You will see Karo Glacier and Himalayan range from the north. And of course close up view of Mt. Everest. This tour will remain a memorable experience.

Best time visit: Best time to travel is in summer - from March to October. Overland journey is best from early May to middle of October.
